-One teaspoon of baking powder
-One or two teaspoons of vanilla

PROCESS
-Separate the whites and yolks. Beat the yolks with the sugar until fluffy and whitish and add vanilla. Clear the reserve for later.
-Add the melted butter and then microwaved milk.
-In a separate bowl mix the flour with the baking powder and incorporate the sifting mix well.
-Beat egg whites to soft peaks and when you are secure, incorporate them into the mix with soft, enveloping movements.
- Take a little butter and pass a little in the pan greased. When it is hot, pour the batter into the pan, letting it fall to make them round. The pancakes do not need much time to get. In just a few minutes, back and forth, and have lists. Let done on the one hand a couple of minutes, turn it with a spatula and the same. The time depends on the strength of fire. -1 pinch of salt
-1 nut butter.
-Extra virgin oil
-200 gr. of sugar.
PROCESS:
-In a casserole to heat the water, add the butter nut and a pinch of salt. When it boils, add the flour, still stirring with a wooden spoon until it is detached from the container. If you see that it is very hard, you can add a little more water.
Let the dough rest until it is warm.
Put the dough in the churrera and cut the churros on a frying pan with plenty of hot oil.
Be careful not to get stuck. Drain them on a plate with absorbent kitchen paper and sprinkle with sugar.
